With a background in the Military (12 years Federal German Navy, certified CO of a submarine), a Master Degree in Economics and 4 years of sales experience in the capital goods industry Martin has a profound basis for his coaching and Training projects. He has been coaching and training worldwide in different countries and with different nationalities (Europe, Asia, North America) where he has over 29 years of experience.
