Simon began his career as a Chartered Sport Psychologist, holding positions at the highest level of Olympic Sport, including the Lead Psychologist at British Athletics and for GB Badminton across three Olympic cycles (Beijing, London and Rio).

Transitioning to business, Simon moved to an award-winning management consultancy, specialising in people development and gained experience leading global learning programmes in a variety of sectors. He has a well-earned reputation for combining psychological rigour to an individual / team / organisation’s context and is driven to provide meaningful impact in any interaction he has.

Whilst Simon holds a breadth of knowledge across organisational change and leadership development, he holds a particular specialism in Resilience and Wellbeing (R&W) with experience spanning from guest speaking and advising senior executives about R&W strategies to designing new and innovative R&W products. Recent clients include: NHS, Schroders, Barclays, Rolls Royce, Nationwide, IG Group, Oracle, Civil Service Learning and League Managers Association.
